Device Tecar Globus Diacare 5000

The Diacare 5000 Pro device is the flagship model of the Globus Diathermy TECAR series – Capacitive and Resistive.

“Treat your body by using your internal energy and the natural mechanisms of your tissues and muscles.” This is the fundamental principle behind the new and revolutionary technique known as TECARTHERAPY.

The TECAR therapy works in two different modes: capacitive and resistive. The Diacare 5000 can use both modes.

Therefore, the biological effect can be focused more effectively on both high-resistance tissues (in other words, tissues with lower water content) and low-resistance tissues.

The Diacare 5000 operates at frequencies of 400, 448, 470, 700, 1000 KHz, with a maximum power output of 200 W AC – 400 VA.

The device comes with:

• CAPTRODE: monopolar electrode – head with 3 different-sized electrodes for capacitive operation.
• DUALTRODE: monopolar electrode – head with 3 different-sized electrodes for resistive operation.
• COUNTER-ELECTRODE (grounding flat electrode).

Optional accessories include:

• MONOTRODE – BIPOLAR: bipolar electrode – 50mm diameter head for resistive operation without the grounding electrode.
• AUTOMATIC FUNCTION KIT, which allows the therapist to combine TECAR therapy with manual therapy.
